Jerry Poston

I became a State Farm Agent in 1986.  I’m proud to be a part of the State Farm Family for over 35 years.  Our philosophy is very simple where we want to treat people the way we would want to be treated.  I am very happy to have the opportunity to serve the Carthage community and the surrounding area!

I grew up in the country in the central part of Missouri and went to High School in Viburnum Missouri.  Then I went to Mineral Area College, then to the University of South Alabama.  After that I had the opportunity to play Professional Baseball.  As a State Farm Agent I’m proud to be a Chairman's Circle Qualifier, Ambassador Life Travel Qualifier, President's Club Qualifier, Chairman's Circle Qualifier, Crystal Excellence, Legion of Honor Qualifier and National Convention Qualifier.  I feel I’ve been a big part of the community with being a Carthage Rotary Club member since 1995 and Past President, past board member of the Carthage Chamber of Commerce, member of Carthage United Way and Past President.
